How to Install:
- Download Skim:
- Go to the official Skim website or a trusted source like MacUpdate.
- Download the latest Skim file.
- Open the Installer:
- Locate the downloaded file in your Downloads folder.
- Double-click the file to open it. A new window will appear showing the Skim application icon.
- Install Skim:
- Drag and drop the Skim icon into the Applications folder shortcut in the same window.
- This copies Skim to your Applications folder.
- Launch Skim:
- Open the Applications folder.
- Double-click Skim to launch it.
- If you get a warning about Skim being from an unidentified developer, right-click (or Control-click) the app and choose “Open,” then confirm you want to open it.
